Raw Cane Sugar Specifications

Unprocessed sugar, or raw cane sugar, is the coarse, light-brown to golden sugar extracted from sugarcane before full refinement. It contains natural molasses and is primarily used for industrial refining into white sugar, ethanol production, or fermentation. Commonly exported as VHP (Very High Polarization) sugar.
